Clan Leaders have the ability to ensure the clan falls into good hands if
the current leader ever steps down, leaves, or otherwise abandons the clan.
They can do this by appointing a successor to the leadership position using
CLAN APPOINT SUCCESSOR <clan member>.
Additionally, if a Clan Leader wishes to pass the torch on to another clan
member for any reason at any time, they may use CLAN APPOINT LEADER <clan
member>.
The Clan Leader and/or the clan's Patron may appoint a single Co-Leader,
who holds nearly all of the Leader's own privileges, using CLAN APPOINT
COLEADER <clan member>. Use CLAN APPOINT COLEADER NONE or CLAN
UNAPPOINT COLEADER to remove the current co-leader.
The Leader, Co-Leader, and/or Patron may also appoint any number of Clan
Admins - a trusted but lesser tier of privilege - using CLAN APPOINT
ADMIN <clan member>, and remove one with CLAN UNAPPOINT ADMIN <clan
member>.
