As a clan grows, the Clan Leader may at some point wish to construct a
clanhouse to use a meeting point and base of operations for the clan members.
Clan Lots
Before clans can construct any buildings, they must first purchase a lot.
Oftentimes, the Clan Leader will take charge on this step, however all clan
members are capable of purchasing a lot on behalf of the clan (see HELP LOTS
for more information).
All clan members can use the syntax CLAN LOTS to see a list of any lots
the clan owns within the zone they currently stand in.
Constructing New Clan Buildings
Once the clan has ownership over a lot, the Clan Leader may construct new
buildings on the lot using CLAN CONSTRUCT <building> <direction of lot>.
To review a list of buildings which can be constructed by clans, use
CLAN CONSTRUCT.
Extending the Clanhouse
Once a clanhouse has been constructed, the Clan Leader can extend it with
new rooms. Extensions merely add an unfinished room to the clan house, which
must be renovated to serve better purpose.
To extend the clanhouse, the Clan Leader may use CLAN EXTEND <direction>.
Clan Renovations
Once a new room has been added to the clanhouse, the unfinished room can have
renovations performed on it to give the room a particular style, purpose, or
even certain additional functionality (such as a clan vault to store coins
and resources in).
To review a list of renovations which can be applied, use CLAN RENOVATE.
To renovate an unfinished room, the Clan Leader will need to be standing in
the room and issue the command CLAN RENOVATE <renovation type>.
Once the room has been renovated, the Clan Leader can optionally submit a
custom room name and description for the location.
Should the Clan Leader wish to give the clanhouse a total makeover, they are
also able to dismantle rooms to turn them into an unfinished state which
allows alternate renovations to be applied. The syntax CLAN DISMANTLE
can be used to do this while standing in the appropriate clanhouse location.
