Clans that have been established for a while will often decide to construct
a clanhouse to serve as a meeting point and base of operations. Once a
clanhouse has been constructed, it becomes possible to also construct a
vault for the clan which can be used to safely stash away resources and coins
for the clan to use as they see fit.
Clan members above Initiate may donate to the clan vault from anywhere
within the clanhouse:
CLAN DONATE COINS <#> Donate money.
CLAN DONATE <commodity> <#/ALL> Donate commodities.
CLAN DONATE <herb> <#/ALL> Donate herbs or poisons. Put
PREPARED or UNPREPARED before the
name to choose which.
CLAN DONATE <crop> SEEDS <#/ALL> Donate seeds.
CLAN DONATE <item> Donate an item you are carrying.
Any clan member may review the vault from within the clanhouse with
CLAN VAULT. Donated items are marked as property of the clan, and any
member may see where each one is now with CLAN ITEMS, whether it sits
in the vault or has been handed to someone.
The Clan Leader, Co-Leader and Clan Admins look after the vault (see
CLAN POWERS VAULT). From within the clanhouse they may take anything
out of it with CLAN WITHDRAW, using the same forms as DONATE. From
anywhere, they may use CLAN CLAIM <item> to mark an item they carry as
clan property without putting it in the vault, or CLAN UNCLAIM <item>
to remove that mark. Marking an item never changes who owns it.
The clan's organisation fee in the settlement its clanhouse stands in may
also be drawn from the vault (see HELP TREASURY TAX).
