š« The Minor Skills of Mystavaria
For everything your major skills forgot.
Minor skills are a unique collection of skills available to all players regardless of their profession choice. These range from skills like Flying, which can help you navigate the world with ease, to becoming a master of martial arts with Unarmed Combat or using Drawing Magic to create symbols of both harm and protection. Players can choose up to 3 minor skills.

Drawing Magic
Those who choose to take up the art of Drawing Magic will become experts in arcane symbols which can be drawn on anything from the ground, to objects, to skin by way of tattooing. These symbols contain powerful magics which can be used for protection or to inflict harm.

Finesse
Finesse is a refined practice, which may sound less interesting than the arts of drawing magic or light manipulation with photonics, but do not let this simple skill fool you. Masters of Finesse benefit from learning to do many actions with more ease and grace than others ā thus recovering balance and mental equilibrium faster than others.

Flying
Ever dreamed you were flying? In this world, dreaming is believing, and by all means, where thereās a will, thereās a way. Flying unlocks the use of wings, allowing you to soar to the highest skies and seek out others or swooping in from above⦠not to mention the benefits of quickly navigating from one side of the world to the next without the obstacles in between.

Healing
Healing is a restorative magic skill which channels essence from the dream realm to heal you and/or your allies. Along with its restorative abilities, you will also learn to cure many of the common afflictions and diseases known in Mystavaria. This ability is recommended for those who prefer a more passive or healer-based role.

Photonics
Photonics is the ancient power of light manipulation. While the most basic and obvious abilities in Photonics have to do with creating illumination, light can also be manipulated to create illusions such as invisibility or auras of colour that subtly influence the world around you. Additional abilities such as āblinkā and warp allow you to move around at the speed of light.

Unarmed Combat
Unarmed combat revolves around your knowledge of unarmed fighting tactics, such as throwing elbows and punches or even a well-timed, tactical trip to throw your opponent off balance. Additionally, students of the martial arts will eventually be able to execute powerful combos. There are certain abilities in each professionās major and minor skills that can be used to enhance unarmed combat.

Stealth
Stealth is a skill of evasion and deception. The stealthy are able to conceal themselves and their actions, learning to hide in plain sight and manipulate objects without anyone else ever seeing.
Note: Stealth was deprioritised for game release in exchange for an earlier release date, however the skill will be availble to choose with some functional abilities. More to be implemented in later phases.
