Game Help: General Crafting

Mystavaria offers more than just battles and magic. Every player may
learn up to three crafting skills, each granting a different flavour of
creative mastery - brewing potions, forging steel, or simply building
a really gorgeous bookshelf. Crafting lets you produce everything from
essential utilities to decorative works of art.

By default, every character may learn up to three crafting skills.
Those who wish to go further can walk the Path of the Artisan, trading
one major skill for two additional crafting skills and one additional
gathering skill. See HELP ARTISAN for details.

    General Crafting
General Crafting covers a broad range of basic crafting knowledge drawn
from across every discipline. Where the specialised crafts chase mastery
in one direction - potions, blades, glazes, gemstones - General Crafting
spreads its attention wide. Its abilities lean toward everyday utility:
simple backpacks, buckets, pick axes, and other practical tools and objects
that keep an adventurer equipped and self-sufficient.

General Crafting pairs well with any gathering skill, since its recipes
draw on common materials rather than one narrow resource type. It's a strong
choice for characters who want a bit of independence from the market without
committing to a single specialist trade.
