Guilds that have constructed a guildhouse can also construct a vault
(see GUILD RENOVATE) which can be used to safely stash away
resources and coins for the guild to use as it sees fit.
All members of a guild can make donations to the guild vault using the
syntaxes outlined below:
GUILD DONATE <commodity> <#> Donate commodities to the guild.
GUILD DONATE COINS <#> Donate money to the guild.
Only high ranking guild members will have access to the guild vault,
but the resources stored within will most likely be used for further
expansion of the guildhouse or for helping to equip guild members as
needed.
