Guilds that have constructed a guildhouse can also construct a vault
(see GUILD RENOVATE) which can be used to safely stash away
resources and coins for the guild to use as it sees fit.
Guild members above the lowest rank may donate to the vault of the
guildhouse they stand in:
GUILD DONATE COINS <#> Donate money.
GUILD DONATE <commodity> <#/ALL> Donate commodities.
GUILD DONATE <herb> <#/ALL> Donate herbs or poisons. Put
PREPARED or UNPREPARED before the
name to choose which.
GUILD DONATE <crop> SEEDS <#/ALL> Donate seeds.
GUILD DONATE <item> Donate an item you are carrying.
Any guild member may review the vault of the guildhouse they stand in
with GUILD VAULT. Donated items are marked as property of the guild,
and any member may see where each one is now with GUILD ITEMS,
whether it sits in a vault or has been handed to someone.
The Guildmaster and Quartermasters look after the guild's vaults, and a
guildhouse's Steward looks after its own (see GUILD POWERS VAULT).
From within the guildhouse they may take anything out of its vault with
GUILD WITHDRAW, using the same forms as DONATE. From anywhere, the
Guildmaster and Quartermasters may use GUILD CLAIM <item> to mark an
item they carry as guild property without putting it in a vault, or
GUILD UNCLAIM <item> to remove that mark. Marking an item never
changes who owns it.
Each guildhouse keeps its own vault, and the guild's organisation fee in
a settlement may be drawn from its vault there (see HELP TREASURY TAX).
