The Guildmaster (and the guild's Patron) may define rules for the
guild to follow, though enforcement is at their discretion.
Guild members can review any rules that have been set using GUILD
RULES.
The Guildmaster or Patron can use the following syntax to modify rules:
GUILD RULE ADD <rule> Add a new guild rule.
GUILD RULE REPLACE <rule #> Replace a guild rule with something else.
GUILD RULE DELETE <rule #> Delete a guild rule entirely.
GUILD RULES RESET Reset all guild rules and start from scratch.
