Aides are citizens which have been apointed by the Magister of a settlement
in order to assist with helping to look after new citizens, ensuring they
are well equipped and provided with solid guidance. It is in the best
interest of the settlement and the Magister to appoint as many aides as are
willing in order to provide 'round the clock support to new dreamers.
Magisters may use the syntax AIDE <citizen> MAGISTER to appoint an aide.
