Game Help: Profession

    While most are familiar with the concept of classes, in Mystavaria,
    classes are referred to as professions. Professions offer unique benefits
    and a different selection of skills and abilities to be learned and mastered.

    Each profession grants the choice of two major skills, which offer your primary
    strengths and most defining abilities. Additionally, you will be able to choose
    three minor skills from a shared pool of options available to all professions.
    This combination gives you the flexibility to customise your build, whether you
    want to focus entirely on your profession's core abilities or branch out with
    supportive and utility skills.

    The Professions
    Mystavarians are able to choose from one of five professions: Mage,
    Warrior, Seer, Sylvan, or Cultist.

    The Mage
    Mages are master spellcasters, wielding the raw forces of magic and known for
    versatile magical attacks, illusions, and commanding the elements. Available
    skills include Arcane Warrior, Dreamweaving, Elementalism, and Lexicology.

    The Warrior
    Warriors are fierce, weapon-focused combatants with more focus on martial
    skill than magic. They excel in physical damage and battlefield control
    through tactics or brute strength. Available skills include Blademastery,
    Berserker, Dreamkilling, and Tactician.

    The Seer
    Seers are mystics who manipulate the threads of fate through foresight and
    ritual, harnessing divination to influence what already exists. Their powers
    span weather control, celestial alignments, and various forms of witchcraft.
    Available skills include Astrology, Sky Prophecy, Black Magic, and White Magic.

    The Sylvan
    Sylvans are nature-bound individuals who draw strength from the forests, whether
    by way of druidic magic, or archery and primal survival knowledge. They live in
    harmony with the wild, mastering shapeshifting or healing arts, while others
    become skilled hunters, trackers, or defenders of wooded realms. Available
    skills include Beast, Druid, Nemophilism, Ranged, and Vinedreaming.

    The Cultist
    Cultists walk a darker path than the other professions. While not innately
    evil, their power is a gift from the most evil of beings, granting them power
    through blood, shadow, and spirit. Available skills include Sorcery, Mara,
    Haemomancy, and Shadows.

    A profession choice is not one to be made lightly, and it is advised to
    research each of the professions and skills or talk to other Mystavarians
    before making your choice.

    When you're ready, seek out the Bridge of Power in Arborvella and use
    CHOOSE <profession> to select one of these distinct paths (see HELP CHOOSING).
    You may change your profession later with QUIT <profession>, offering the
    freedom and flexibility to explore another path as your adventure evolves.
