Game Help: Rent

    Rent a property listed for rent at an estate agent.

    Syntax:
      RENT <alias>

    Your first month's rent will be taken from your local bank account
    immediately. Subsequent months are collected automatically at the
    start of each new month. If you cannot pay, you will be evicted.
