Game Help: Rent

Rent a property listed for rent at an estate agent.

    Syntax:
      RENT <alias>

Your first month's rent will be taken from your local bank account
immediately. Subsequent months are collected automatically at the
start of each new month. If you cannot pay, a strike is recorded
against you, and your landlord may serve you notice of eviction. An
eviction notice always gives you 3 full months to remove your
belongings, with a reminder at each new month.
