Communicating via TELLs is one of the primary methods of communication,
and also the most private form of speaking directly to an individual. Tells
allow you to send a message to a specific player across any distance, using
the syntax TELL <target> <message>.
In Character Tells
Though tells are private, speaking in this manner is still considered to be
in character. Please keep this in mind and do not use tells to speak
about life outside of Mystavaria with anyone you have not interacted with
or established RP boundaries with before.
Out of Character Tells
For out of character speaking, we request players use OTELLs. Bear in
mind that players can choosed to ignore out of character communication and
may not hear OTELLs directed at them.
