Game Help: Citizenship

Mystavarians are not born into citizenship, it is an individual
choice and path to walk. The option to become a citizen is highly
personal, and not a forced requirement.

    Benefits of Citizenship
Many may find it advantageous to join an established settlement. Beyond
offering a place to call home, their shops (including trade centres) will
always sell goods, wares, and resources to you without restriction,
government establishments such as banks and post offices are often within
convenient reach, and you have potential to rise through the ranks of
nobility or seek a position in government to further aide and progress the community.

    Where to Become a Citizen
It is possible to become a citizen of almost any settlement in the land.
The historic cities of Meliura and Praestantia open their arms to all
without restriction, and are often the first choice for new Mystavarians.

Other settlements have certain restrictions and often require gaining a high
level of friendship with a denizen of high enough rank.

It is highly recommended to read about each settlement (see HELP CITIES)
to help decide which, if any, you would like to become a citizen of.

    How to Become a Citizen
When you are ready, seek out a citizen or NPC of the settlement you
desire to join and REQUEST CITIZENSHIP FROM <player or NPC>.

City Registrars of Meliura and Praestantia
Registrars are NPCs appointed by the cities to help induct new citizens.
For the original two cities, you will find:
    |540Aquilla Astorius at The Rotunda of Glory in Praestantia
    |540Justinia, Sentinel of Justice at Fountain of the Warrior in Meliura

There are other citizens, both adventurer and NPC, that may be able to
    offer citizenship.
