Game Help: Complete

    When you have finished every task a course sets you, it is not counted
    done until you bring your work to the school tutor at the academy and
    COMPLETE COURSE. Doing so records the course, hands you its reward, and
    sets you on the next course of study (you may choose a different one with
    COURSE <name>).

    You must be studying the course and standing with the school tutor.
