Game Help: City Feelings

Settlements have enemies and allies much in the same manner that individuals
do. Citizens may use CITY FEELINGS to review how their homeland feels
toward other settlements of the land.

Settlements which are friendly toward each other will generally be willing to
cooperate and work together, helping one another in times of need. On the
other hand, settlements declared as enemies are likely to have frequent
    conflict.

Government leaders have the power to declare how the government feels toward
other settlements. Those who hold the rank of Viscount or higher within their
settlement are also able to declare individuals as friends or enemies on behalf
of the settlement, to make others aware of those known to be a menace towards
    fellow citizens.

    Useful Syntax:
CITY FEELINGS Review the feelings of your homeland.
CITY FRIEND <player> Declare an individual as a friend of the settlement.
CITY ENEMY <player> Declare an individual an enemy of the settlement.
