Game Help: City Laws

    Every settlement answers to its own written law. Citizens can review
    the settlement's current laws using CITY LAWS (alias CITY
    RULES).

    The Crown (or the settlement's Divine Patron) can use the following
    syntax to write and amend the settlement's laws:
    CITY LAW ADD <law>       Add a new law.
    CITY LAW REPLACE <law #> Replace a law with something else.
    CITY LAW DELETE <law #>  Delete a law entirely.
    CITY LAWS RESET           Reset all laws and start from scratch.

    NOTE: this is a first iteration of settlement law-making - law is
    currently decreed unilaterally by the Crown/Patron below rather than
    voted into effect. A more formal process for citizens to propose and
    ratify law is planned for a future update.
