Game Help: Consider

The CONSIDER command allows you to size up another creature or
adventurer before deciding whether to engage them. It is not a
prediction of victory or defeat, but an assessment of their known
    capabilities compared to your own.

When considering another Mystavarian, you will be able to discern
information that reflects their combat progression and experience.
Considering an animal or mob presents slightly different informaiton
intended to help you judge how dangerous the opponent is likely to be.

A combat-worthy peer is another adventurer whose combat progression
and performance are considered reasonably comparable to your own. It
indicates that they are neither significantly weaker nor signifcantly
stronger than you across all rankings. The designation is primarily
intended to help identify opponents who are likely to provide fair
    and competitive fights.

While CONSIDER provides an estimate based on known statistics, it
is worth bearing in mind that it cannot account for every factor that
influences combat. Equipment, consumables, active defenses and
afflictions, preparation, positioning, support of allies, and decision
making can all dramatically alter the outcome of a battle. Ultimately,
it is a useful guide, but victory is earned in combat, not in the
    assessment.

    Syntax:
        CONSIDER <target>
