Equilibrium is similar to balance, except it refers to your mental state
rather than physical. Nearly all magic, spiritual, and ritual based abilities
require and/or use equilibrium, and leave you without it momentarily. Like
balance, equilibrium usually returns on its own, and the length of time
can vary depending on complexity of the ability used.
If you have a prompt enabled, equilibrium is represented by a lower case "e".
When the "e" appears, it signifies that you have equilibrium. If it is not
there, you are without it.
If you ever find yourself without equilibrium and it does not return on its
own, you may CHANT EQUILIBRIUM to concentrate on regaining equlibrium.
