To learn information about others in the realm, you may use the command
HISTORY <target>. All player characters and NPCs have publically
available information that will show under their history, such as their
birthdate, citizenship, profession and guild membership.
In future phases, we will be adding details to display any noteworthy
deeds, as well as the ability for players to give themselves a personal
background history if so desired.
