The LISTEN command allows you to attune your sense of hearing to
the sounds around you. Actively listening can cause you to hear quiet
or ambient noises that may otherwise get lost in the hustle and bustle
of daily life. These less noticed sounds can sometimes reveal clues,
whispers on the wind, or provide otherwise valuable information about
your surroundings.
It is also possible to LISTEN <object> to listen to the sound of a
particular object, but bear in mind that not all objects nor locations
have distinct sounds and may not reveal anything exciting at all.
